ELECTRIC HOSPITALITY - Atlanta, GA

I surfed into a psychedelic wormhole and came back with menus, posters, and countless other assets for a so-cal style coffee, taco, and tequila shop.

SUPER SOCIAL CINEMA

Sometimes, your phone is locked in portrait mode so that when you’re doomscrolling before bed, you don’t have to cant your phone at a weird angle and make your shoulder kinda sore as you drift off into Slumber Town to calming footage of the ocean. That’s why I made all of these Instagram-sized videos. These show off my abilities to produce fresh and engaging videos from concept to publishing in a variety of different formats and with multiple different brand partners.

The team is small and agile at Electric Hospitality. To keep up with the work there, I had to have every aspect of design in the bag. This constantly challenged me to try new things and add a wide array of tools to my belt. Below is a gallery of some of my favorite pieces across multiple disciplines during my time there.

In the summer of 2021, Muchacho grew from a breakfast-taco and coffee spot into a full-service bar and restaurant, taking over an entire building. They needed a new menu, and by “a,” I mean three new menus. An agency nearby got the ball rolling on these, and I took it across the finish line and have been making updates to it seasonally.

Long-ish Social Content

It’s the kind of thing you’d hardpost to the feed. When 90 seconds ain’t enough, they turn me loose and let me make something slower and with more jokes. Here are a few narrative video pieces I made at Muchacho.

My life’s experiences have led me to develop an extremely sharp nose for great Deep-YouTube content. We put up a projector at Muchacho that’s running vids 24/7, and I put together the programming. The videos themselves are a little too unwieldy to put on my site since they’re dozens of hours long- so the spinning “muchacho” above this text will take you to a 10-minute reel of this content. You’ll find some fun motion graphics I put together as well as content from public access talk shows, the first X-Games event, the 1966 art-deco mobster masterpiece Tokyo Drifter, and more. Scrubbing recommended if you’re in a hurry, but if you just want some background vibes going on your second monitor, that’s an excellent option as well.
